In most cases, as long as we have clear access to your front and back yards, you do not need to be home. Jose will inspect the property and our office will email you a detailed, transparent estimate within 24 hours.
We use a professional client portal integrated with Jobber and Stripe. Once you approve your estimate, you will receive automated text or email reminders before every visit. After the work is completed, we send a secure invoice to your email, which you can pay instantly with any major credit card through our secure portal.
If heavy rain makes it impossible to service your yard safely without damaging your turf, we will pause service for the day. we’ll send you an automated update, and we will automatically reschedule your visit for the very next clear day.
